Where each partner strategy can win
Marriott points + late nights
Swan, Dolphin and Swan Reserve are the clearest starting point when Marriott points, walkability to EPCOT and Hollywood Studios, Early Entry and Extended Evening Hours all matter. Add resort fees and parking before comparing with a Disney Deluxe or DVC rental.
Hilton status or points
Hilton Lake Buena Vista and Buena Vista Palace sit near Disney Springs; Signia and Waldorf Astoria can pair resort amenities with Hilton benefits. Early Entry is listed, but Extended Evening Hours is not.
Food value in the room rate
Drury Plaza includes hot breakfast and an evening Kickback. Give those meals only the value your party would otherwise spend, then verify shuttle times and parking.
Military eligibility
Shades of Green is the only property outside Disney Deluxe and DVC resorts currently listed for both Early Entry and Extended Evening Hours without being a Swan/Dolphin property. Eligibility rules apply.
Run the all-in partner-hotel test
- Start with the refundable room total. Include tax, resort or destination fees and the exact room type.
- Add both parking layers. Partner-hotel overnight parking and $35 daily theme-park parking can erase a low advertised rate.
- Price the transport gap. A shuttle that leaves too late for rope drop may create rideshare costs even when it is technically included.
- Value only usable benefits. Breakfast, elite late checkout, points earnings, Early Entry and Extended Evening Hours matter only when the itinerary uses them.
- Confirm the booking channel. Elite benefits and points often require a qualifying direct rate; some packages do not.
