- What: A new 90-minute, mid-century-Hollywood poolside party called Sun Society.
- Where: The Aquatic Club on Valiant Lady, exclusively during her Caribbean season.
- When: Select sea days beginning October 19, 2026, weather permitting.
- How to find it: Check the onboard voyage schedule; Virgin does not promise it on every sea day.
Virgin Voyages has added a new sea-day experience to Valiant Lady's refreshed entertainment lineup. Sun Society is a 90-minute pool-deck party with a retro Hollywood look, staged at The Aquatic Club on select Caribbean sea days beginning October 19.
Virgin describes a gradual build rather than a scheduled sequence of announcements. Confirmed moments include a pastel-parasol reveal, an oversized flamingo photo opportunity, a live performance of “Sway” by the Hostess, synchronized palm-fan choreography, roaming vintage-camera photos, bubbles, and music that carries the party from a relaxed start into a bigger finish.
The suggested look is optional poolside couture: retro swimwear, linen, caftans, oversized sunglasses, headscarves, or sun hats in soft buttercream, blush, mint, and coral tones. Virgin says the party is weather permitting and tells Sailors to check their onboard schedule for the exact time.
The useful booking distinction is that Virgin calls Sun Society exclusive to Valiant Lady and tied to her Caribbean voyages. It is a ship-specific onboard addition, not a fleetwide event or a guaranteed feature on every itinerary.
Virgin's October 16 Ahoy article confirms the ship, Caribbean start date, 90-minute format, location, weather caveat, and featured moments.
