Virgin Voyages now labels its public Sailor Conduct Policy Last Updated: September 28, 2026. The policy applies throughout the voyage experience, including transfers, terminals, ships, ports, Shore Things, and The Beach Club at Bimini.
The document treats uninvited physical contact, stalking, harassment, sexual misconduct, vandalism, theft, violence, illegal drug use, unauthorized access, false identification, underage drinking, and fraud as criminal acts or allegations that may be reported to the appropriate law-enforcement agency. It also bars unsafe behavior such as climbing railings or entering Crew-only areas.
For alcohol, Virgin states that the minimum age is 18 in international waters and 21 in U.S. territorial waters. On embarkation day, Sailors may bring two bottles of wine per cabin. Other alcohol bought onboard or in port is held by the Crew until the voyage ends.
What Virgin confirms
The official page confirms the September 28 update date and the current rules summarized here. It also says the list is not exhaustive and gives the Ship's Master authority to act for Sailor and Crew safety.
What the page does not say
Virgin does not publish a line-by-line change log. Fruglar is therefore summarizing the current policy, not claiming that every listed rule was introduced for the first time on September 28.
The official page controls if Virgin revises the language again. Review it with the Ticket Contract and any safety instructions sent for your voyage.
