Its final replacement terms ran September 8-10 and kept two headline lanes: select reduced Lock It In rates, or onboard credit on eligible cabins and voyages. Those figures are preserved here as archived context, not current booking promises.
The expired onboard-credit lane applied to named departures and eligible Sea Terrace or Rockstar categories. Its detailed terms excluded Lock It In and other reduced-rate cabins, so the credit never stacked onto the $79-$99 headline fare.
Virgin's broader Instant Savings offer still runs through November 2. The discount rises with voyage length and cabin category: the $1,000 maximum requires a 14-plus-night Mega Rockstar booking; a 4-5-night Sea Terrace receives $50, for example. Instant Savings excludes Lock It In and Solo cabins, while the separate 70%-off-second-Sailor offer applies to eligible Sea Terrace, Sea View, and Insider cabins.
The Fruglar move now is to ignore the expired flash-sale headline and compare the current broad offer against the live Sail & Save result for the cabin you actually want.
Virgin confirms that the dedicated Semi-Annual Sale has expired and that the separate Instant Savings and 70%-off-second-Sailor offers remain available for eligible bookings through November 2. Fruglar does not carry the flash-sale prices or onboard credit forward as current.
