What Universal announced
Universal says Toothsome will mark its 10th anniversary with a special celebration from 3-6 p.m. on September 19. Professor Doctor Penelope Tibeaux Tinker-Toothsome and Jacques are scheduled to appear during the event.
The announced activities include an interactive melted-chocolate dipping station with marshmallows and fruit, a family-friendly Chocolate Origins showcase, cacao and chocolate-making displays, a themed photo booth and a custom engraved chocolate coin with the anniversary logo.
The limited-time anniversary menu
Universal says the menu is available through September 30 and includes five dishes plus the Cheers to 10 Years! shake. The food lineup is Crispy Zucchini, Sedona BBQ Chicken Salad, Forest Mushroom Flatbread, a Grilled Steak Sandwich and Gnocchi with chicken, peppers, rapini and mole cream sauce.
The official announcement describes the items but does not publish prices. Treat the menu as subject to restaurant availability rather than assuming every item will remain available throughout every service.
How to plan the stop
The event window is only three hours, so travelers who want the demonstrations and anniversary activities should build the CityWalk stop around the published 3-6 p.m. period. Universal recommends making a restaurant reservation for anniversary-menu dining, but its post does not state that a reservation is required to attend the celebration itself.
