Halloween Horror Nights 35 tickets are on sale now, starting at $87.99 for the general public. But if you have a Universal Annual Pass, there's a separate pricing structure — and depending on your tier, some meaningful perks on top of the discount. Here's the full breakdown.
AP Single-Night Ticket Pricing
Universal doesn't publish a tiered percentage off by pass level for HHN single-night tickets. Every eligible pass tier — Power, Preferred, Premier, and Platinum — gets the same passholder price per night, which varies by date rather than by pass type.
In 2025, AP pricing started at $76.99 on lower-demand nights, with savings of up to $58 on peak nights compared to the public gate price. That's roughly 35–43% off at the top end.
2026 AP Pricing Status
Universal hasn't published AP single-night prices for HHN 35 yet — those typically appear in the UOAP portal closer to the event. Based on 2025 patterns, expect AP pricing to start around $70–80 on low-demand August nights and scale up on peak October weekends. Check the UOAP portal for updates.
Perks by Pass Tier
While all eligible pass tiers get the same single-night ticket price, the tier-specific perks are where things get interesting — especially for Premier holders.
- ✦ 1 free event night admission on select nights — the headline perk; effectively reduces your per-night cost significantly if you're attending multiple events
- ✦ 15% off HHN food & beverage
- ✦ 10% off R.I.P. Tours (guided after-hours experience from $400)
- ✦ AP single-night ticket pricing
- ✦ 10% off HHN food & beverage

- ✦ Note: Power Pass has blockout dates — confirm HHN eligibility for your specific nights
Frequent Fear Passes (Multi-Night)
If you're planning to attend HHN multiple times, multi-night passes are the move. For 2026, Frequent Fear Passes aren't on sale yet — they typically go on sale around July. The 2025 pricing below is your current baseline. Given Epic Universe's full operation driving increased demand this fall, there's a reasonable chance prices go up slightly for 2026.
| Pass | 2025 Price | Coverage |
|---|---|---|
| Rush of Fear | $199.99 /person | First 18 nights (August through mid-September) |
| Frequent Fear | $249.99 /person | Every Sunday–Thursday + first weekend |
| Frequent Fear Plus | $299.99 /person | Every Sunday–Friday + first & last Saturday |
| Ultimate Frequent Fear | $419.99 /person | All 48 nights + free parking every night |
All prices are 2025 — 2026 Frequent Fear Passes are expected on sale around July 2026. Use these as a floor estimate.
Quick Math: Is a Multi-Night Pass Worth It?
Single-night AP pricing starts around $76.99. So the Rush of Fear pass ($199.99) breaks even at roughly 3 nights — anything after that is pure savings. The Frequent Fear pass ($249.99) covers Sundays through Thursdays for the entire event run, making it a strong choice if you live locally or are planning an extended stay.
The Ultimate pass adds free parking — that's roughly $30/night in parking costs. If you're driving to more than 14 nights, the parking alone justifies the upgrade from Frequent Fear Plus.
Behind-the-Scenes Tours (Unmasking the Horror)
Unmasking the Horror is a daytime behind-the-scenes tour that runs before the event opens. Both tours are currently on sale:
- 3-House Tour — from $99/person, starts August 21 (before HHN opens)
- 6-House Tour — from $199/person, starts August 28 (lunch included)
These are separate from event tickets — you can do Unmasking during the day and attend HHN that same night.
