Universal Orlando Resort is gearing up for an exciting addition to its lineup with the announcement of Fast & Furious: Hollywood Drift, a high-speed outdoor roller coaster set to debut in 2027. This new attraction will replace the former Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit roller coaster and promises to immerse guests in the thrilling world of Universal Pictures’ Fast & Furious franchise.

Riders can expect an exhilarating experience as they navigate through 360-degree drifting maneuvers, including a standout feature: a 170-foot vertical spike that will elevate them nearly 17 stories high, offering stunning views over Universal CityWalk.

Fast & Furious: Hollywood Drift is part of Universal Orlando's commitment to delivering world-class attractions and experiences. The coaster will join an impressive collection of rides at the park, further enhancing the excitement for visitors. Additionally, Universal Studios Hollywood will also introduce its own version of Fast & Furious: Hollywood Drift later this year.

As this thrilling new experience takes shape, it's important to note that Fast & Furious – Supercharged will permanently close in 2027 to make way for the new attraction. More details about Fast & Furious: Hollywood Drift will be released in the coming months, so keep an eye out for updates.
