Valiant Lady's dining lineup is about to get more interesting. Ariya, a new Indian restaurant, launches aboard the ship in May 2026.
It's a collaboration with Indie Culinaire and is helmed by chef Maneet Chauhan. The menu focuses on regional Indian cooking — saffron-infused dishes, coastal flavors, and specialties that go well beyond what passes for Indian food in most places.
The name has some thought behind it: Ariya is a nod to Sir Richard Branson's great-great-grandmother, a traveler from Tamil Nadu who believed food was the most reliable way to cross cultural divides. That philosophy is baked into what the restaurant is trying to be.
Practically speaking, Ariya takes over the Razzle Dazzle space — 220 seats — which continues running breakfast and brunch during the day before shifting into dinner mode in the evenings.
If a Valiant Lady sailing has been on your list, this is another solid reason to pull the trigger. Book below and the reservation goes through Lewis directly.
